Mon, 23 Jan 2012 07:00:00 Sun, Jan 22, 2012 http://Sam10e.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-22-2012.html Sun, 22 Jan 2012 07:00:00 Sat, Jan 21, 2012 http://Sam10e.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-21-2012.html I ran in the St. George 5k this morning at the Dixie Center on the new course. &nbsp;It went up onto Riverside and then swung back on the trail back to the Dixie Center. &nbsp;I took 7th overall, 4th in the mens division and 1st in my age division (15-19) (Well Brigham beat me but he took 2nd overall so he didn't count in my age division so I got the cool looking plaque)! &nbsp;I was kinda disappointed with my time of 19:38 cause that's worse by a minute than my next slowest time of 18:42 that I got at BYU during Cross Country...I could blame it on the rain but I think its just cause I've only been training for 2 weeks. &nbsp;Brrr it's cold!!
